Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on next-gen AI integration.
- Team Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Neural Networks) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- System Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems to support high-traffic applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Solid foundation in Machine Learning algorithms and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
