Responsibilities

- Define the technical roadmap for our '2026 Vision' project, integrating emerging technologies like generative AI and edge computing.
- Conduct deep research into emerging tech trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business goals into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and security best practices.
