Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product vision, focusing on breakthroughs in AI and robotics.
- Prototype Development: Design and build high-fidelity prototypes of autonomous systems and intelligent agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Technical Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and design teams to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Publish & Present: Contribute to industry thought leadership by publishing papers and presenting at top-tier conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, NLP, and robotics control systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous engineering problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
