Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and Quantum computing infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate quantum supremacy into our core products.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with Qiskit or similar quantum SDKs.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate abstract research into practical, scalable solutions.
