The Role:
As our Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision for our AI initiatives. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for 2026 AI initiatives.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable neural networks and deep learning systems.
- Oversee the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in tech to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
