Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions for scalable, future-proof systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate abstract concepts into tangible technical solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) for integration.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major product launches.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
