- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, AR/VR, and Edge Computing.
- Architect robust, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to pioneer immersive user experiences for the future web.
- Establish best practices for security and compliance in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and major product launches.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the C-level.
