- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our technology vision for the year 2026, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Lead Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Research & Development: Oversee R&D initiatives, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects to drive technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term tech trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
