- Collaborate with academic partners on next-gen cybersecurity protocols
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior engineers in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
