Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen systems integrating quantum computing and blockchain infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers in agile sprints
- Drive R&D initiatives for AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech solutions
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption predictions
- Secure patents for novel algorithms and hardware-software co-designs
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI safety protocols
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling teams from prototype to enterprise deployment
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Patents or open-source contributions in futuristic tech domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
