- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for the company's technology stack 3-5 years out, identifying key innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies to determine feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Architectural Strategy: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support rapid growth and adaptability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead an internal 'Innovation Lab' to experiment with bleeding-edge technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML, or emerging technology sectors.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining long-term technology strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and mentor senior engineers.
