Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) that drive competitive advantage.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, high-performance cloud architectures capable of handling exascale computing demands.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for next-gen AI models and autonomous agents before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate futuristic tech into current product lines.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior architects and junior developers.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities associated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Futuristic Skills: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Quantum Algorithm development.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
