Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for Nexus Future Systems, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals and market trends.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of handling millions of concurrent users and complex data streams.
- Innovation R&D: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Predictive Analytics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Generative AI model integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
