Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-era technologies in quantum computing and biotech integration
- Architect scalable solutions for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with global research teams
- Translate market trends into patentable intellectual property
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen engineering methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 2+ years in future forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive prototypes
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
