Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze tech disruption patterns and identify commercialization opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and incubate future-forward startups
- Create regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
