Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype ecosystems for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups into our innovation pipeline
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
