Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging trends (AGI, bio-integrated systems) with market opportunities
- Manage innovation pipelines from concept validation to pilot deployment
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies via academic partnerships and startup ecosystems
- Present tech forecasts to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Strong background in product development from 0-to-1 in high-growth environments
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
