Responsibilities

- Prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and PhD researchers
- Present findings at Davos and Web Summit conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Emerging Tech (10+ years industry experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on 2026-relevant topics
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to market (3+ exits)
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic hardware
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
