Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of 2026-focused tech roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and immersive interfaces
- Champion agile innovation methodologies through rapid prototyping and MVP validation cycles
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation teams spanning R&D, product, and data science
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech threats and competitive advantages
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable tech solutions from concept to commercialization
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
