Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Identify market opportunities through trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and build a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management with executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Start-up or scale-up environment experience preferred
