Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and next-gen AI systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous technologies and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with governments and NGOs on AI policy and safety standards
- Drive patent portfolios for sustainable tech innovations
- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging technology domains
- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES 2026
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2020-2025)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with EU AI Act and US AI regulatory frameworks
- Track record of launching at least 2 patented technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
