Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven R&D track record

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong patents portfolio or commercialized technology products
