Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Lead the architecture of complex, distributed systems, optimizing for high availability and low latency.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Generative AI, Blockchain) into existing workflows.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate high-level business strategies into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices for code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
