Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and advanced Neural Networks into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for disruptive tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud Native technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
