- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for future-state solutions.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and security protocols.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate long-term technical visions and secure necessary resources.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with evolving future regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or IT strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and their business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
