Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the comprehensive technical vision and development roadmap for the Nexus Horizon platform, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate disruptive technologies to ensure our infrastructure scales seamlessly into the future.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, high-performance software products.
- Vendor Management: Identify and vet potential technology partners and startups that align with our 2026 vision.
- Standardization: Establish technical standards and best practices that will govern our engineering culture for years to come.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving technical strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems, with a demonstrated interest in AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to identify trends 3-5 years out and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems and navigating uncertainty in fast-paced environments.
