Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AGI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture for next-generation scalable systems, ensuring high performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, decentralized networks) and evaluate their potential for immediate implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and ideally Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or strategic roadmaps.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
