Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and ethical AI usage in future environments.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing integration).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
