Responsibilities
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Spearhead the research and development of core technologies targeting the 2026 market launch, including advanced AI integration and edge computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, distributed system architectures that can withstand high concurrency and complex data processing loads.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technology trends to forecast future requirements and adjust architectural strategies proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes to validate architectural concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, or Computer Vision, with a focus on applying these to large-scale systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
