Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Horizon Initiative, defining the technical vision for Web 5.0 and decentralized AI architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that integrate quantum computing principles with modern cloud infrastructure.
- Act as the primary liaison between R&D, product management, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on long-term goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Oversee the migration strategy to next-gen frameworks, ensuring zero downtime and maximum data integrity.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct risk assessments on new tech implementations and establish robust governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, blockchain technologies, and AI model deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High proficiency in navigating ambiguity and driving projects from concept to completion in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a strong plus.
