Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of complex reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead research initiatives into novel neural network architectures and transformer optimizations for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments with zero latency.
- Define and implement robust evaluation metrics and safety guardrails for generative AI systems.
- Drive the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI model training and deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Familiarity with edge AI deployment and hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs).
