Job Description
Join InnovateX Labs at the forefront of technological evolution as we build the infrastructure for 2026. We're seeking a visionary Future Systems Architect to design next-generation ecosystems that will redefine industries. This role demands a blend of cutting-edge technical expertise and strategic foresight to architect solutions for autonomous systems, quantum-integrated platforms, and AI-driven networks.
Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates technological shifts 3-5 years ahead, and transforms abstract concepts into scalable blueprints. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, quantum computing pioneers, and AI ethicists to shape the digital landscape of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end systems for 2026 technology paradigms including quantum-cloud hybrids and neuromorphic networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for AI-embedded autonomous infrastructure
- Design security frameworks for next-gen decentralized ecosystems with zero-trust architecture
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption curves
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish performance benchmarks for systems operating in post-Moore's Law environments
- Champion ethical AI implementation in critical infrastructure decision-making processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neuromorphic)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Systems Theory
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing architectures
- Expertise in hybrid quantum-classical programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of architecting systems handling 10M+ concurrent autonomous agents
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic Engineering
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations with measurable impact
