Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, high-availability systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and global user bases.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical vision for 2026, ensuring our stack remains future-proof against emerging technologies.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and improve system efficiency, reducing latency and maximizing throughput for critical applications.
- Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable code and architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead initiatives to ensure data sovereignty and cybersecurity standards for all 2026 products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading technical teams.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of adapting to and implementing emerging technologies ahead of the curve.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale system failures under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
