Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Spearhead the architectural design and roadmap for our upcoming 2026 product releases, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- System Architecture & Design: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technology Stack Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Quantum Readiness) into our core infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior and senior engineers, ensuring code quality and best practices are upheld.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technical roadmaps, specifically anticipating trends for future years.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-level architectural challenges.
