What You'll Do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (Web3, AR/VR) into core business logic.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data privacy in a decentralized future.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing technologies.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge device management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
