Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for the company, specifically focusing on technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems capable of handling next-gen workloads and data paradigms.
- Research & Development Leadership: Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof against rapid technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to maximize system efficiency, latency reduction, and overall computational throughput for future-scale demands.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go and frameworks relevant to high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Year 2026 strategic planning and technology forecasting.
