Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for global financial networks
- Architect decentralized AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical autonomous decision-making

- Create predictive models for technological singularity impact assessment across industries
- Coordinate with international regulatory bodies to establish 2026-readiness standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years of experience
