- Architect and execute the 2026+ strategic vision, aligning innovation initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech) and translating insights into scalable opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market evolution, competitive threats, and regulatory shifts
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth and market positioning
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors, securing buy-in for transformational projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
