Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to develop 2026 strategic scenarios and contingency plans
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors to identify opportunities
- Create predictive models for industry evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Develop 'Future Ready' frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-focused principles into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact and adaptability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
