Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic planning for the 2026 Initiative, establishing KPIs and milestone frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, renewable energy) and assess their societal impact
- Develop scenario-based models for urban sustainability challenges
- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align strategic objectives with corporate vision
- Present complex strategies to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation across departments
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental shifts affecting long-term planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futures research
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong background in sustainability frameworks (LEED, BREEAM)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or infrastructure
