Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive strategy roadmaps
- Analyze exponential trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to inform product development and investment decisions
- Create strategic whitepapers and thought leadership positioning clients as future-ready innovators
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-proof business models
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented strategy implementations
