- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term vision for technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Oversee the transition from legacy systems to scalable, microservices-based architectures designed for 2026 demands.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate new tech stacks and tools that provide a competitive advantage in the future market landscape.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, recruiting top-tier talent and fostering continuous learning within the engineering division.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
