- Enhance the candidate journey by leveraging immersive technology (e.g., virtual reality assessments).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth startup environments.
- Proven expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for outreach, sourcing automation software) to drive efficiency.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and emerging tech stacks (AI, Blockchain, Cloud).
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate metrics into actionable hiring strategies.
- Experience managing complex full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on long-term cultural fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
