Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical vision and architectural strategy to support the company's goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems that can scale seamlessly with business growth.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools into existing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Tech Stack Modernization: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to replace legacy systems and ensure long-term viability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery and data security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI integration patterns.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term and align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
