Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of scaling to exabyte-level data throughput.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, bridging the gap between theoretical research and production-ready engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum researchers, and UI/UX engineers to integrate emerging technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality and scalability standards.
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices to ensure system security and compliance in a decentralized environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML pipeline integration and high-performance computing.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or simulation tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
