Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI systems integrating quantum/neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making engines
- Lead development of self-healing infrastructure with predictive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Develop human-AI interaction protocols using neuroadaptive interfaces
- Establish cross-platform compatibility for edge-to-cloud deployment
- Drive innovation through our 2026 Tech Incubator accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years systems architecture experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic processors
- Published research in autonomous systems or human-computer interaction
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) and security (CISSP)
- Mastery of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and edge computing
- Experience deploying AI in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for 10M+ user systems
