- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our next-generation products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical application.
- Thought Leadership: Present technical roadmaps to stakeholders and the board, demonstrating the value and feasibility of ambitious technical projects.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and compliant with global standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; ability to influence without authority.
