Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work Strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026, focusing on AI integration and human augmentation.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to identify automation opportunities that drive operational efficiency and ROI.
- Design and oversee the deployment of internal tools and platforms that empower employees to work smarter, not harder.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and security within the workforce ecosystem.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark against industry leaders and anticipate future shifts in the labor market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation workflows.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
