- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology and Workforce Strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, automation, and remote collaboration to drive innovation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and deploy future-ready tools and platforms.
- Advise leadership on the ethical implications and ROI of adopting futuristic technologies.
- Design organizational structures that support agile, decentralized, and AI-augmented workflows.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or technology leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise settings.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing change management during periods of rapid technological disruption.
