Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work Strategy roadmap, aligning workforce planning with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the strategic integration of AI and Automation into daily operations, identifying high-impact use cases for efficiency and scalability.
- Design and optimize hybrid and remote work ecosystems that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and high output across global teams.
- Conduct deep-dive labor market analysis and trend forecasting to anticipate shifts in talent acquisition and retention.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, implementing upskilling programs that prepare the workforce for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align workforce initiatives with broader business objectives and financial targets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, organizational development, or HR leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Proven track record of implementing successful AI and Future of Work initiatives in a fast-paced, scalable environment.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and navigating organizational resistance during digital transformation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast long-term workforce needs.
